- You must provide accurate vehicle information when booking services
2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control
2.3 Service Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services required
- We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with services
- Additional fees may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or special requests

3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made

4. Customer Responsibilities

- You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle
4.2 Authorization
- You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization to have services performed
- You authorize us to operate your vehicle for purposes related to the services requested
- You agree to provide accurate contact information and vehicle details
4.3 Vehicle Pickup
- Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of service completion
- Storage fees may apply for vehicles not retrieved within the specified timeframe
- You must present valid identification and proof of ownership when picking up your vehicle
5. Warranties and Guarantees
5.1 Service Quality
- We guarantee professional workmanship on all services performed
- If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 7 days for evaluation
- We will re-perform services or provide refunds at our discretion for valid complaints
- Warranties do not cover normal wear, improper maintenance, or damage after service completion
5.2 Specific Service Warranties
- Ceramic Coatings: Manufacturer's warranty applies (typically 1-5 years depending on product)
- Paint Protection Film: Limited warranty against yellowing, bubbling, or peeling
- Paint Services: 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship
- Vinyl Wraps: 90-day installation warranty
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or natural disasters
- Improper care or maintenance by the customer
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or repairs performed by others
6. Limitation of Liability
- We exercise reasonable care when servicing your vehicle
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or failures not caused by our services
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage as required by law
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of service completion
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
- We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after services for marketing purposes
- You grant us permission to use photos of your vehicle unless you opt out in writing

9. Dispute Resolution

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Auto Detailing Studio regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
